I didn’t mean to sign up for a subscription. Can I cancel my subscription and receive a refund on past subscription charges?

To cancel your subscription, simply go to Manage Subscriptions in your Omaze account and click Cancel beside the subscription you wish to cancel. If you have multiple subscriptions you would need to cancel each subscription independently.

Alternatively, you can complete the Model Cancellation Form outlined in Section 5F(ii) of our Subscription Terms of Use and send that via email to team@omaze.co.uk.

Please note, you must cancel your subscription before it renews on the 1st of the month, otherwise, you will be charged for the next month. As we outline in our Subscription Terms of Use (section 5G), a proportion of each Subscription Fee supports our charity partners, helping them to create real impact. As such, Omaze does not provide refunds for a Subscription Fee after a drawing has occurred.
