How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply go to Manage Subscriptions in your Omaze account and click Cancel beside the subscription you wish to cancel. If you have multiple subscriptions you would need to cancel each subscription independently.

 Alternatively, you can complete the Model Cancellation Form outlined in Section 5F(ii) of our Subscription Terms of Use and send that via email to team@omaze.co.uk. 

Please note, you must cancel your subscription before it renews on the 1st of the month, otherwise, you will be charged for the next month. Any entries into an applicable House Draw received before the date of cancellation will remain eligible, subject to any eligibility requirements detailed within the Official Rules for the applicable House Draw.
