How to get in touch with Omaze

If you need some assistance, you can use the Omaze Virtual Assistant. There you can find the answers you need - or you can get in touch with someone in our Customer Experience team who can help you further.

You should see a yellow Chatbot icon at the bottom right-hand corner of this FAQ page. If you can’t see the Chatbot icon then you’ll need to accept Functional Cookies for it to be displayed. 

To do this, scroll down to the bottom of the site and click on Cookie Settings in the footer. You’ll see a pop-up appear - select Functional Cookies and toggle this on - before selecting Confirm My Choices! 


Once you’ve done this, the Chatbot should appear but you may need to refresh your browser for it to sync. If you do not wish to accept functional cookies, you can reach out to us by contacting team@omaze.co.uk directly - however, using the Chatbot may get your query answered faster as we can gather more information from you.
